PhD Symposium
The PhD Symposium at IICT-2026 aims to provide a unique platform for doctoral students to present their research, receive constructive feedback from established researchers, and network with peers and professionals in the field of Information and Communication Technologies. This initiative fosters academic excellence, encourages innovation, and promotes collaboration between early-career researchers and leading experts globally.
PhD Symposium Guidelines:
- Extended Abstract (2-4 pages) in IEEE format.
- Submissions should clearly outline objectives, methodology, and results.
- All submissions must be made through the official conference submission portal

For Authors
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and considered for inclusion in recognized databases.
Submission Instructions:
- Manuscripts should be written in English and follow the prescribed IEEE format.
- Maximum paper length: 6 pages (including figures, tables, and references).
- Papers must be submitted in PDF format through the online submission portal.
- All submissions will be blind peer-reviewed.
- Authors must have a CMT account before they submit their paper. How to create CMT account

Submission Procedure
- A full paper submission is required.
- The paper should be no more than 6 pages double column size in the proper format. IEEE Paper Template
- The online registration should be filled properly with all affiliations. However, in the article, name and affiliation of authors must be removed for blind review process. Any author failing to remove their names and affiliation from the paper file (i.e., PDF, DOC, DOCX, or RTF file) will be directly rejected without sending it to reviewers.
- All submitted articles are refereed through a double-blind peer review process. Authors’ identities remain unknown to reviewers and vice versa throughout the reviewing process.
- Submissions must be no longer than 6 pages and formatted in the two-column IEEE conference format. Only PDF format is accepted and must be submitted electronically. Other formats are not accepted.
- Manuscript structure: Abstract (up to 250 words), up to 6 keywords, introduction, main body, conclusion, acknowledgment, and references.
- References must be cited using square brackets [ ] and listed in the order of appearance. IEEE referencing style is followed.
After Acceptance
- Authors will be notified about acceptance/rejection via official conference submission portal.
- Upon acceptance, authors must sign the copyright and authorship form.
- Accepted manuscripts will be sent for proofreading. No changes are allowed after publication.
- Selected accepted papers from the conference may be invited to submit extended versions to reputed journals. The list of the journals is given below.

- Journal of Information Communication Technology and Robotic Applications (JICTRA)
- Authors must fulfill all review and formatting requirements of the respective journals.
- Authors are responsible for any processing and/or publication charges as per each journal’s policy.
- The final decision on acceptance and publication rests with the editorial office of the respective journals.

- The poster must match the fields defined in the provided PowerPoint template.
- Poster dimensions: width 4ft, height 3ft.
- All participants will receive a certificate.
